Already experienced in a veterinary practice? Fantastic, we can’t wait to meet you! Have you never worked in a vet practice before but are an experienced receptionist? Not to worry—we have a robust training program to get you up to speed quickly. However, we do require medical/dental front office experience if you do not have veterinary experience.

A bit more about who you are:

Previous veterinary background is highly desired
-
Cornerstone software experience is a huge plus
-
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client-facing role providing both phone and face-to-face customer service is required.

Superior relationship-building skills. Can you remember details that clients share with you so you can follow up with them the next time they are in?

A love for learning. As a Front Desk Representative, you will have the opportunity to learn new techniques for providing excellent service and a lot of veterinary information!
