Job Overview:
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to two growing businesses. You will assist in keeping the core functions of our primary business running smoothly while I turn my attention to growing our newer products. Our business requires a strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders received via email and through our Shopify website.
-Create and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
-Research and implement new apps through Shopify for things like delivery routes
- Basic website updates
-Send emails via Mailchimp
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft products especially Word and Excel.
-Experience with Shopify strongly preferred
-Experience with Canva preferred
-Previous work as a personal assistant or in office management roles
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
