Facilitec Southwest is seeking an energetic and self-directed OUTSIDE SALES / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to take the lead in our sales efforts in the Houston Region. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, ultimately expanding our client base and driving top-line sales growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and cold-call potential clients to generate new leads.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements.
- Present service demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Must get on ladders and perform site walks to gather information on the system, number of fans, filters, types of hoods, location of equipment, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis including weekly KPIs.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably two years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Two years of recent experience in sales positions with proven track record.
- Must feel comfortable working on ladders up to 30 ft
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Assertive, confident and strong negotiation skills.
- Organized, dedicated and dependable (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm but must be willing and prepared to work occasional nights and weekend as needed).
- Associate's degree or higher required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office products, social medial, internet and smart phone.
TRAVEL:
- Travel within assigned territory including overnight stays frequently.
- Company vehicle will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
