Position Summary
The Intelligence Analyst (IA) plays a crucial role in supporting Trace-Tek’s mission by coordinating cellular interdiction activities with corrections facility investigators and Trace-Tek engineering teams. This position focuses on planning, processing, analyzing, and reporting data collected from cellular interdiction assessments, with a focus on integrating it into customer intelligence, investigations, and databases. The primary objective is identifying timely and accurate intelligence.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Coordinate assessments based on agency priorities.

Learn and maintain expertise in all cellular interdiction equipment.

COLLECT

Collaborate with investigator(s) and fusion analyst teams.

Provide on-site support and expertise to agency officials.

PROCESS

Manage and process data from interdiction assessments
- Ensure data quality and support initiatives for data integrity.

ANALYZE

Improve analytical methods for operational effectiveness.

Analyze cellular networks to combat contraband devices near facilities.

Maintain analytical aids and databases.

REPORT
-
Identify and highlight key intelligence for corrections officials.

Prepare technical and tactical intelligence reports.

Develop and present intelligence products to operational and senior leaders.

Track and organize assessment metrics and reports.

Manage reporting design, data sources, security, and metadata.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, Education, and Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Pre-Law, Political Science, or Accounting; Military Intelligence(SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT) experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of 2G-5G technologies (GSM/GPRS, EDGE, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, 5G SA/NSA).

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive reporting.

Experience with large data sets and relational databases.

Proficiency in PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software, and network communication protocols (TCP/IP).

Strong written and verbal communication and briefing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to obtain Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst certification through IALEIA.
Working Conditions This role requires 35%-50% travel to corrections facilities across the U.S., with varying working conditions and occasional non-standard hours.
