Residential Area Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Work alongside HR Generalist during interview process.
- Assist Caregiving House Manager with scheduling and filling shifts as needed.
- Maintain necessary papery work and house budgets as per state guidelines.
- Assist Adult Services Director with Residential On-Call phone.
- Attend house meetings each month.
- Assist Nurse Care Coordinator with facilitating doctor's appointments and medication changes for clients.
- Assist in the Caregiving Houses by providing direct care for clients when needed.
Residential Area Supervisor Requirements:
- A criminal and Motor Vehicle record which meets company standards.
- A valid Colorado Driver’s license.
- Verified legal status to work in the United States.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office fluently (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate expectations and maintain a high level of accountability for staff members
- Ability to interact successfully with people in times of crisis or unpleasant environments
- Strong organizational skills and adept at performing multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations that govern the Residential Department.

Pay: $61,700.00 - $74,250.00 per year
