Saint Luke Institute, an independent, international, non-profit, licensed mental health treatment center dedicated to healthy life and ministry for priests, deacons and consecrated religious, is seeking a talented, creative, energetic professional to provide psychodrama therapy groups in our growing intensive outpatient treatment program.
We are hiring a therapist who works well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and has experience leading therapy groups. In addition to psychodrama, qualified candidates may have opportunities to conduct psychoeducational and skill building groups, as well as work individually with clients.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a contractor position. EOE
Qualifications
· Master’s Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy with specific focus in Psychodrama, Sociodrama and Sociometry or Masters degree in Mental Health with at least 400 hours training in psychodrama, Sociodrama and Sociometry as approved by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociodrama and Group Psychotherapy.
· If not a Certified Practitioner of Psychodrama, the psychodramatist will be responsible for receiving regular supervision under a trained Certified Psychodramatist (TEP or PAT).
· Applicants should be licensed or certified by the appropriate governing professional organization in their area of expertise.
· The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience. Experience must include work with psychiatric populations. Experience with personality disorders and addictions a plus.
· Must have the ability to utilize computer systems and software necessary to perform position functions.
· Solid verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are important.
