Job Description
The Concierge Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Concierge Service Manager, overseeing the concierge desk, hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff, monitoring concierge performance and providing feedback, addressing guest issues, and handling the operational duties and function of the Concierge Service Manger in their absence.
Qualifications

Candidates must be extremely knowledgeable of all services and attractions available at Wynn Las Vegas, and other Las Vegas attractions, restaurants and shows.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office, and prior work experience to include a minimum of two years in a supervisory role and two years in a customer service/luxury hotel operation.

A second language and Notary public is preferred, but not required.
