Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure efficient communication within the office environment as well as support customer service.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Customer service and order entry
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
