ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receives, counts, and verifies incoming returns

Thoroughly and accurately inspects product claims in a timely manner and in accordance with manufacturer and/or Company warranty policies

Conducts root cause analysis on returned items, prepares, and maintains accurate documentation for submitted claims
-
Verifies all paperwork is correctly submitted for product claims
-
Mount/Dismount tires for product testing/evaluation
-
Perform Road Force testing and balancing
-
Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the department’s area of the facility
-
Operates forklift, mounting equipment, Hunter balancer and band saw in a safe manner
-
Accurately and efficiently restocks new return product in the facility
-
Loads/Unloads trucks
-
Operates standard office equipment including use of computer keyboard and other systems
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to shift priorities as business conditions demand
-
Safely operates all standard warehouse equipment
-
May be required to assist facility operations team with the day-to-day distribution center activities including picking of outbound shipments and put away of inbound loads
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

High School Diploma / G.E.D. or the equivalent experience
-
3+ years’ experience working in warehouse environment
-
Proven customer service skills
-
MS Office with intermediate excel skills
-
2+ years’ forklift experience
