Kinotek is on a mission to change how humans measure, understand and improve movement for better health. Founded in 2018 in Portland, Maine, the company has developed a B2B SaaS platform that enables movement health professionals, including fitness professionals, physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, to measure the dynamic movement of their clients in seconds. Portable, affordable and customizable–with results that are actionable–the platform is growing exponentially as it heads towards its Series A milestone. Users nationwide include high end fitness clubs, performance-based physical therapy and chiropractic centers, the MLB, and leading healthcare systems. POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive is a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who understands the company mission to reach and inspire medical, sports and fitness professionals to adopt the Kinotek Platform. In addition to closing quarterly sales aligned with the company’s goal, your responsibility includes onboard, training and maintaining strong relationships. Your insights will be shared with the entire team to inform product and service improvements to help accelerate our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Master the market, product functionality and benefits, including ROI, in order to deeply understand and identify best targets to build and maintain a sales funnel of prospects.
● Through HubSpot, manage your own sales pipeline of prospects, scheduled demos, close follow-ups in order to achieve quarterly close goals.
● Effectively teach and inspire new accounts during your onboarding process to ensure ongoing engagement.
● Collaborate with both customers and internal team members to monitor and report on product opportunities and issues, to inform product and service updates and new product development, and improve the overall customer experience.
● Attend trade conferences to meet prospects, customers and build your pipeline, relationships and company awareness.
● Continuously share with colleagues insights, best practices and other ideas to support the overall company goals
QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in SaaS and/or B2B
● Prior experience and deep interest in health, sports or fitness a plus
● Demonstrated ability, and strong desire, to achieve and exceed sales goals
● Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales/CRM platform
● Excellent written, verbal communication skills
● A positive attitude, a team player, and a willingness to learn
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently
● Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking ability
● Experience in a high-activity sales cycle, particularly in selling new solutions
