What you’ll do…
ERock is seeking an HR & Organizational intern that will support Human Resources by assisting in the areas of HRIS & Organizational Analytics, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, and Employee Engagement. This is the perfect opportunity for an intern looking to grow their HR career or is looking to work in HR and would like to learn the People Operations for a rapidly growing, entrepreneurially-spirited technology and energy company.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting the HR team with HRIS & Organizational Analytics

Assess and make recommendation for organization of HR files within SharePoint
-
Ensure employee personnel files from SharePoint are also uploaded in new HRIS system
-
Assisting with compiling, scrubbing and the “crunching” of numbers as well as other reports
-
Supporting the Recruitment & Talent Attraction team

Scheduling interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
- Creating informational materials on benefits, company perks and other useful items for recruiting top talent
- Assisting with the delivery of the new hire onboarding experience

What you’ll need:

High School diploma and some college coursework required

Experience with Microsoft Office suite products

Experience with SharePoint and HR systems a plus!

Excellent communications skills – ability and willingness to support others and deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of people

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for details

High level of integrity and ability to withhold confidential information
