Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at our distributorship serving the swimming pool, spa, and water industries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations and maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer information. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Input product information, sales orders, and customer data accurately into our database or inventory management system.
- Update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, product descriptions, and pricing information.
- Process sales orders received via phone, email, or online platforms promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.40 - $25.85 per hour
