Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage employee relations by addressing queries, conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies
- Assist in change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Utilize UltiPro or similar HRIS for data management and reporting
- Support payroll activities and ensure accuracy in processing
- Engage in social media management for HR-related content and employer branding
- Contribute to project management tasks within the HR department
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HR-related inquiries
- Assist in workers' compensation claims processing and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, and employee relations
- Familiarity with UltiPro or other HRIS platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficiency in social media management for professional purposes
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures and documentation
