Summary:
The People Operations-Organization Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational assessment, development, and change management initiatives to align with long-term goals. Additionally, this role encompasses the execution of various tasks to support the daily operations of the People function.
Core Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Review, develop, promote & enforce People Operations policies, procedures, and documentation
- Monitor federal, state, local & industry regulations to ensure that Lazer’s documentation, handbook and policies remain compliant and up to date.
- Implement and promote employee succession & development planning.
- Handle all compliance federal and state requirement reporting including but not limited to:
- Gather & complete federal, state, local &/or industry compliance reports (ie. EEO-1 Component report, BLS Survey reports, etc.)
- State new hire reporting requirements
- Conduct organizational assessment and collaborate with stakeholders on tactical strategies.
- Facilitate change management particularly during acquisitions and/or large start-ups.
- Collaborate cross functionally on people initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in business administration, Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, organizational development and change management
- Adept in data collection, analysis, and management
- Experience in job analysis, competency modeling and assessment, succession & development planning
- Experience in policy and/or process development and management
- General knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS/HCMS

Pay: $58,441.00 - $64,904.00 per year
