Contract Role- Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary:Delivers HR administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team to staff, managers and internal HR colleagues and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region or client group. The role will primarily focus on more simple TA Delivery activities such as interview scheduling and CV filtering, under direction.
Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Coordinates debriefing schedules
- May follow instructions to assist in sourcing/pipelining candidates for roles
Recruitment and Interview Process
- Builds recruitment system knowledge
- Follows instructions to assist with full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes
- Schedules candidate interviews & logistics
- Responsible for composition of role descriptions, with guidance from recruiter
- Responds to basic queries from employees, managers and external institutes
- Maintains the candidate database on the candidate tracking system
- Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
- Ensures compliance with requisitions
Collaboration
- Partners with the recruiter(s) and hiring manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
- Responds to basic queries and requests from line managers/employees on various TA related queries
- Supports team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis
Onboarding
- Assists with the offer, hiring & new hire onboarding processes for new employees
- Assists with candidate background checks and employee re-verifications as required
- Coordinates new employee completion of Form I-9, employment eligibility verifications and processing through E-Verify
- Ensures appropriate handover to HRSS for on boarding processes
- Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards
Contracts
- Follows instructions to process agency agreements
- Assists in ensuring proper approvals for contract execution/process are obtained and valid
- Provides assistance to more senior staff on general contract administration
Qualifications
- 0+ years experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
