ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager and Brand Manager to execute action plans that drive sales performance within a collaborative team environment. Your contribution will be pivotal in assisting customers with their inquiries while maintaining a positive demeanor, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in sales
- Desired experience in optical or clinical fields
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
- Additional language proficiency, particularly Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Assertive and effective communication skills
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and problem-solving acumen
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Drive top-line sales by providing essential support to the team, executing business strategies collaboratively
- Lead the team in alignment with business plans and objectives, working closely with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager
- Assist in implementing customer satisfaction strategies and independently address customer escalations
- Foster adherence to business operating policies and procedures, ensuring consistency
- Collaborate in the completion of daily administrative duties, contributing to operational efficiency
- Establish effective partnerships across the retail, clinical, and lab facets of the operation
- Contribute to a continuous learning culture, enhancing the team's performance and growth
- Utilize reporting data to provide business performance insights and support realignment efforts
