Position: Hotel General Manager Select-Service
Location: Atlanta, GA (specific location undisclosed)
Job Description:
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to uphold our brand standards and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to all departments, including but not limited to, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, and Finance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement among all staff members.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised during their stay.
- Drive sales and revenue generation through proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate positive relationships with local community stakeholders, industry partners, and vendors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, financial targets, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of hotel finance, revenue management, and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software applications.
- Certification from a recognized hospitality association (e.g., AH&LA, HFTP) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
