You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and assist in all aspects of the sales process. You will obtain critical information from our leads and schedule appointments for our outside sales team. You will be the first line of contact for fielding incoming inquiries about investment properties that are currently being offered to our contracting partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with others, and takes ownership of the sales process for maximum effectiveness.

Position:
- Full-time, Hours Include Early Evening and Some Weekend Work.
- Virtual- Work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Receive incoming calls from the home sellers, ask relevant questions, and gather the information and address questions they may have.
- Field initial inquiries of interest once our contracted properties have been marketed to our buyer’s group.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
- Set appointments for the sales team using lead qualification metrics, rating/point system, and online real estate research.
- Manage follow-up with customers according to tasks and score ratings in an assigned call queue.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Lead Agent, Inbound Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, RingDNA, and other sales tools.
- Ability to apply highly effective sales skills while properly engaging and presenting solutions to customers and overcoming objections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset.
- Work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining call time, call count, and appointment goals.
