Job Description-Client Success Coordinator/Account Manager: This role requires a person who is a born multi-tasker with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal team, resolving complaints, keeping track of internal processes, collecting data, making sure timelines are adhered to, while providing an exceptional customer experience to our clients.In this role you will work closely with clients, internal technical team, sales representatives, and scheduling managers. You will collaborate with internal and external partners exploring how best to improve upon industry norms.
