Staffing Coordinator/Central Supply
The qualified candidate will perform the dual role of scheduling nursing department staff and ordering, stocking, and inventory all purchases of nursing supplies in a long-term care facility.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will schedule nursing staff, keep with State requirements, prepare schedules and communicate with staff, identify and fill schedule vacancies, and work with facility leadership to maintain adequate staffing levels.
As Central Supply clerk you will order, inventory, and stock all purchases of nursing supplies, unload trucks and keep the stockroom organized, understand and follow facility budget.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Must have a current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Prior scheduling experience
- 1-year experience in a long-term care setting.
