Oversee all commercial and residential field operations activities, to include:
1. Be available on a full-time basis, providing a professional appearance on screen and
professional work environment from your remote location at all times
2. Responsible for the complete management of all residential and commercial mold
assessments, protocols, post-assessments, asbestos surveys and all other residential and
commercial jobs that vary in duration and complexity
3. Collaborate with field and office staff to coordinate scheduling of consultants and manage
the daily field operations pipeline and workflow
4. Observe, review, edit, or develop field operations processes, project manager procedures,
and all residential and commercial SOPs. Recommend process improvements or staff
augmentations that will enhance the customer experience, increase productivity, improve
quality or promote market growth
5. Oversee the procurement of and/or write complete, proof, and deliver technical reports for
clients that summarize the project, tasks completed, final metrics, outstanding issues, and
recommendations. Reports must: explain technical information in plain language for
clarity, provide accurate information, be grammatically correct, and present a professional
tone
6. Manage field technicians, consultants, and project managers to accomplish individual and
organizational goals through communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results
7. Assist in the process of preparing bids and proposals by defining the scope, pricing,
resources, time, equipment, conditions and other requirements
8. Interact with internal and external clients and develop positive customer relationships vital
to the success of our projects
9. Provide world class customer service by listening to and understanding our client’s unique
needs and concerns. Resolve client issues by recommending options that exercise sound
business practices and satisfy stated concerns
10. It should be understood that the duties and responsibilities described are not a

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
