Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant with Handy in the Valley, you will play a vital role in managing client interactions, driving revenue, and ensuring the smooth and efficient process of completing interior repairs across the state of California. This involves lead management, client interaction, revenue generation, team collaboration, and various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities will contribute to the success of our clients' and partner’s experiences.
This position is completely remote. Must have a reliable computer, stable internet, and a quiet work setting.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and organize all incoming dispatches, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency of the project from start to finish.
● Communicate and coordinate with clients and case managers in a clear and timely manner.
● Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.
● Provide administrative support to our dispatcher and management team.
● Effectively organize and manage multiple appointment calendars.
● Create, submit and process invoices, and track payments.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Dispatcher, Customer Service or a similar administrative role is highly encouraged.
● Confidence in answering incoming calls and making outbound calls.
● Excellent communication abilities and emotional intelligence.
● Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving and quick at taking action
● Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
● Familiarity with California is an added bonus
● Reliable Wifi access is crucial since this position is completely remote.
