- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is beneficial
- Knowledge of phone systems and reservation software are desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
