We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively attracting top talent, seamlessly integrating new hires into the company culture, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. A proven track record in the employee experience is crucial as we are looking for someone to enhance the work environment, overall employee experience and engagement, and culture stewardship.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:·
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.·
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.·
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
2.Onboarding and Integration:·
- Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.·
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to new employees during their initial period.
3. Employee Experience and Engagement:·
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.·
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.·
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
4. Culture Stewardship:·
- Act as a champion for the company culture, ensuring it is consistently upheld across all levels of the organization.·
- Collaborate with leadership to promote and reinforce the company’s values and mission.·
- Collaborate with all staff to assist in the production of the monthly newsletter.
5. Employee Relations:·
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.·
- Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
6. HR Administration:·
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.·
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
7. Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· At least three years of progressive human resource experience required, healthcare industry preferred.
· SHRM-CP/PHR a plus.
Additional Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

· You are responsible for protecting the credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer, where applicable) networks, systems, and data.
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
· You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
· You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
· You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
