Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Admin

We are looking for a strong “will do” self starter to join a passionate team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Todd Group is a family-owned landscape design build firm who specializes in building quality garden spaces with unique outdoor living areas that include custom masonry patios with water features and outdoor kitchen and dining rooms. Duties include providing support to our managers in daily office needs.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable
- Reconcile vendor accounts monthly and investigate discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries from vendors in a timely manner
- Support Accounting Manager with misc. projects
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain accurate filing system
- Provide general administrative support with contract management and billing
- Ensure W9’s and COI records are current
- Manage daily calls and direct to appropriate team member
Qualifications for success
- Proven experience with account payable
- Self-starter with stronger attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE or other ERP System a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Construction or Real Estate office experience preferred
