Quality Assurance and Inspections:
- Ensure projects meet or exceed safety and quality standards.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong understanding of installation procedures.
- Ensure co-worker safety by holding them to best safety practices.
Communication and Builder/Co-Worker Relations:
- Respond to builder calls and texts in a timely manner.
- Proactively anticipate builder needs and deliver solutions to issues that arise.
- Maintain positive relationships with builders and co-workers.
Job Site/Material Coordination & Management
- Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
- Manage materials, ensuring minimal safety and production delays.
- Maintain accurate material inventories and anticipate requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Create clear, well-structured reports of job statuses for decision-making.
- Maintain high accuracy and completeness in documentation of company forms.
- Correctly organize back-charges by submitting them using company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in or passion for construction management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality control and job site safety.
- Scheduling and coordination expertise.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Effective documentation and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional).
- Experience working around or installing exterior cladding is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials, sometimes weighing 80 pounds.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- On-the-job training is provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
