Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and leading our sales department, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. This position offers a competitive compensation package including commission and equity in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Department Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and managing sales professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with company targets.
- Inbound and Outbound Selling:
- Execute inbound and outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Utilize various sales techniques including cold emailing, cold calling, social selling, and networking to reach potential clients.
- Lead Management:
- Handle leads that come in from advertisements, marketing campaigns, and other sources.
- Qualify leads, follow up effectively, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales activities and results.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
