The Sales Specialist is a talented and competitive individual that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and who has excellent customer service skills. They play a fundamental role in achieving our business goals related to increasing customers and revenue. The Sales Specialist will oversee successful Viaero.com orders, manage website leads, handle incoming/outbound calls, plus make sales and assist customers while in-store.
Responsibilities

Maintain a full understanding of all products and services Viaero offers

Manage Inventory (security, transfers in/out and inventory counts)

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, walk-in customers, and emails from Viaero.com

Assess customers' needs and achieve monthly sales quotas in a retail environment while following through on fulfillment of successful E-Commerce orders in a retail location

Support customers post-sale with their Viaero.com orders including transferring their number to Viaero Wireless, confirming service discount eligibility and successful internet service installation

Assist walk in customers with bill payments, account questions and changes, and troubleshooting of device/service

Follow up with existing customers to enhance their experience with additional services

Maintain and expand database of prospects from potential and current customers
Qualifications

High School diploma OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous sales experience preferred

Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM

Experience working in a ticketing system QuickBase or similar program

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required

Working knowledge of PC and MS applications

Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years, Valid driver's license, clean/acceptable criminal background check, clean substance screening (marijuana/THC is a fail on our test).
Physical Demands
In this position an Associate will need to be able to lift 20 pounds or a box of inventory. This position requires lots of desk time and talking on the phone with customers. Ergonomic options are available.
