The SYSPRO Partner Onboarding Manager plays a critical role in SYSPRO’s go-to-market strategy. The Onboarding Manager works as part of the SYSPRO Americas Channel team, which has an overall objective of achieving assigned performance and expansion targets through its existing and new Business Partner ecosystem. Enabling newly recruited Partners to be highly skilled and self-sufficient is critical for success. The Partner Onboarding Manager is well versed in SYSPRO’s offerings, as well as the PartnerUP program details, with specific focus on our enablement and training certification curriculum. The Partner Onboarding Manager works with newly recruited partners to the point of achieving their initial sales and technical certifications, as well as managing their overall onboarding journey. Once they achieve enabled status, they are passed to a Partner Account Manager (PAM), who will work with them in identifying, qualifying, progressing, and closing deals. New Partners are the focus, but this role will also assist existing partners as needed.
Salary range $110,000-$125,000 base plus MBOs
Strategic Responsibility

The overall onboarding and certification of newly recruited partners such that they are prepared to appropriately represent SYSPRO in their respective market.
Partner Engagement / Relationship Management
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in newly recruited partner accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for new partners, fostering strong relationships from onboarding through productive handover to sales.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to address onboarding status, questions, provide support, and gather feedback.
Onboarding and Training
- Refine and monitor onboarding program as needed for new partners to ensure a smooth transition into the SYSPRO ecosystem.
- Align partner onboarding strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate orientations, training sessions, webinars, and workshops to equip partners with the knowledge and skills required to successfully sell, implement and support SYSPRO ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with sales/pre-sales enablement, marketing, and services to deliver the necessary content.
Certification Management
- Manage the certification process for partners, ensuring they meet the required standards for product knowledge and implementation capabilities.
- Establish and maintain certification guidelines and criteria.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of partner onboarding progress, certifications, and performance.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.

Demonstrated talent in Business Partner / Channel Management / Relationship building
- Strong business acumen with experience in training / enablement functions, preferably in a software vendor environment.
- Experience/familiarity with ERP software, manufacturing/distribution preferred
- Solid presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
