Summary/Objective
Well established multi-line, multi-department and multi-store powersports retail dealership is looking to fill their Marketing and Information Technologies Specialist position. This position will serve as the top person in both information technologies and marketing for four companies and will report directly to the General Manager. The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skills, knowledge of information technologies, be social media savvy and have knowledge of graphic design and advertising. This is a hands on role that requires an individual to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the management team to help achieve sales targets in all stores and departments. There will be a focus on strategic short and long term marketing plans which will help the organization continue to grow. The candidate should be a leader with the ability to handle a large workload and the flexibility to deal with emergency issues in the information technologies as they may arise. Essential Functions
· Maintain active network status and work with providers to repair issues when they arise.
· Repair or replace PCs, printers, telecommunications equipment and other peripheral components as needed.
· Troubleshoot local operating systems and company software issues to minimize downtime.
· Communicate with outside sources to correct issues with websites and additional mission critical software.
· Supervise software compliance for all computers and showroom media devices.
· Promote company and manufacturer brands through print, web and social media platforms.
· Create custom artwork for events and special sales while remaining compliant with manufacturer branding standards.
· Maintain company websites to include photographing, watermarking and uploading all currently available inventories promptly.
· Build custom website pages and write copy as needed to highlight specific items or events.
· Complete all brand-required advertising to maintain compliance status.
· Process and file co-op with the manufacturing brands upon advertisement completion.
· Complete monthly traffic reports.
· Respond to online reviews and attempt to alleviate any consumer dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee will have to occasionally work in tight spaces such as equipment closets and underneath desks which require the flexibility to get up and down and move around in such spaces. The candidate may need to climb a ladder or work from a step stool from time to time.

Travel

Required Education and Experience
· BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
· Experience in Retail Marketing
· Experience with Social Media platforms and marketing
· Working knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics
· Ability to utilize Corel Graphics Suite
· Outstanding oral and written communications skills.
· Sound technical skills, good judgement and strong operational focus.
· Ability to read and understand website and social media statistical data and make recommendations for improved performance.
