We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Coordinate construction administrative tasks including client communications
- Assist in operations by scheduling appointments and managing records
- Support construction planning activities by organizing logistics and communicating with vendors
- Manage phone calls, directing calls, taking messages, and providing information
- Utilize computer literacy to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project reports
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Provide personal assistant duties to executives as needed
- Oversee general office tasks to maintain a well-organized workspace
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with proficiency in office procedures
- Familiarity with various administrative environments such as construction
- Strong computer literacy with expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Sheets, Google Suite
- Experience in project coordination and multitasking effectively
- Previous work as a personal assistant is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
