We are looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk technician to join our team in Fort Myers!
The IT Help Desk Technician supports our IT Team Lead by resolving day to day issues and troubleshooting with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets to maintain client communication
- Triage incoming calls and emails to appropriate team members
- Resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues
- Escalate issues that require Tier 3 support
Requirements:
- Some IT experience is preferred.
- Degree in related field of study preferred
- Some knowledge and understanding of network/application technology
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
