Responsibilities:

Managing busy calendars for two executives

Expense management (Certify)
-
Travel management (Egencia)
-
Manage EZ-Cater
-
Local (NYC) property management:
-
Inventory management (office supplies, coffee, snacks, etc.)
-
Granting visitors and new joiners temporary & permanent building access.
-
Light tidying and office organization
-
Readying the office/IT systems for key presentations/stakeholders
-
Receiving and allocating physical mail
-
On call with building
-
Manage GATES process for NYC location (assist property team with health & safety & labor compliance requirements)
-
Manage broker gifts, internal contests, & swag.
-
Ordering and electronic delivery of gift cards
-
Mailing out swag on a monthly/quarterly basis
-
Manage East Coast CRM contacts.
-
Scrubbing out stale contacts
-
Adding new contacts
-
Spearhead local events which include gathering multiple options, booking, vendor setup, payment handling, and at times running point on site.

Holiday parties
-
Broker appreciation events
-
Processing new joiner/leaver requests
-
Co-manage national events (CIAB, WSIA, etc.)
-
Ad hoc regional projects:
-
Sending out “moments that matter” updates to the region.

Pre-NOC chasing (payment chasing)
-
Outstanding surplus line chasing
-
Participate in the training of new admins.
