Responsibilities: - Educate and instruct clients on proper Crossfit techniques and movements - Develop and lead Crossfit classes for individuals and groups - Design and implement effective training programs based on individual client goals - Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals - Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting training plans as needed - Ensure safety and proper form during workouts - Maintain a clean and organized workout environment Requirements: - Certified Crossfit Coach with a strong knowledge of Crossfit principles and techniques - Experience in coaching and leading Crossfit classes - Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology - Ability to design effective training programs for clients of all fitness levels - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals - Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus - Additional certifications in related areas such as yoga, kickboxing, or sports coaching are a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
