Job Title: La Cucina Team Member
Reports to: La Cucina Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non Exempt
Department: La Cucina
Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and unparalleled experience to all of our guests visiting our tasting room. Acts as face of the winery at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide an inviting, seamless and positive ordering experience.
- Greeting and educating guests on the La Cucina food options and products
- Facilitate each lunch order from start to finish with exception communication with the guest.
- Positively promote and sell the La Cucina and VJB brand.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the marketplace and deli
Daily Responsibilities:
- Taking and executing lunch orders.
- Being an enthusiastic ambassador of all that is the VJB brand
- Ability to work as part of a team/family
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Demonstrate a professional and welcoming demeanor
- A passion for wine, food and deliverance of exceptional hospitality
