We are looking for a professional and experienced General Manager for our McDonald's restaurant to undertake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as overseeing food quality, greeting and serving restaurant guests, supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. McDonald's experience is not required, but quick service management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Communicating effectively with the Crew
- Achieving targets during their shifts and helping the restaurant meet its goals
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Training new team members on critical job functions
