We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Blair Hotels. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to several areas of our corporate office operations. Must be flexible and willing to work in a variety of areas as needed. This is an excellent position if you have experience in hotels or want to learn the corporate side of hospitality.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, accounting office, sales office and human resources office.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, inputting data and maintaining spreadsheets, handling mail and filling in at various positions in the absence of employees.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Attention to detail is essential
-Must be able to pass a background screening
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Wage is $20/hour, health, dental & vision benefits, hotel & restaurant discounts.
