Paramedic with Signing Bonus: Rockwall County EMS is currently accepting applications for FULL TIME Paramedic positions on our 911 MICU's.
RCEMS provides both 911 service for the entire geographic area of Rockwall County, as well as inter-facility transport from local hospitals - including those of critical care acuity. Rockwall county is the smallest county in Texas, situated right in the middle of Dallas County, Collin County, Kaufman County, and Hunt County.
Paramedic Certification or License is REQUIRED. Critical Care and 911 experience is preferred, but NOT required.
We do, however, require that our clinicians strive for excellence, maintain the drive to be better everyday, and work hard for those whom we are privileged to serve.
During the course of our nearly 25 year history serving the county of Rockwall, we've pushed for providing above average clinical quality and service. We intend to uphold that tradition of excellence. We expect our staff to maintain a high degree of professionalism when it comes to serving our citizens and interacting with other responders/facility staff. We're looking for self-starters; individuals with integrity that seek to advance, enhance, and expand their own clinical knowledge and abilities.
RCEMS is a busy and often very dynamic agency that utilizes critical care paramedic capabilities on every ambulance in the system, including mechanical ventilators, IV pumps, a LUCAS device, and Rapid Sequence Induction.
Starting pay ranges between $47,424-$63,900 yearly and is based on experience and advanced certifications such as critical care.
Please go to the Rockwall County EMS web page, go to the jobs tab, and fully complete our fillable application and email it directly to the email provided right above the RCEMS logo at the bottom of the page.
If any space does not apply to you, please write “N/A”.
Thank you, we look forward to hearing from you.
