Location: Los Angeles, onsite
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from driving operational excellence to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability leading a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You'll be expected to recruit and coach team members, develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals, and monitor the financials/operations of the office. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Inspiring Team Leader!
Activities to support the above:
Lead in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of A-Players.
Coach Team Members and drive team building events through our Leadership Development Program.
Schedule and conduct department and company meetings and weekly Goal Setting and Reviews (GS&R) events with team.
Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters with finance personnel and team leads.
Develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals.
Expense budget maintenance.
Monitor bank lines of credit, cash flow, and A/R for overall bank relationship status.
Review job reports, WIP (work in progress), and customer relations with team for backlog/contracts signed but jobs not started/flow of WIP/quality control/customer complaints.
Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Business Development lead.
Attending company marketing and business development events to build relationships.
Participating in monthly GM meetings and team-building events.
Understand the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manuals.
Partner with lead sources and drive to agreed upon KPI’s.
Quickly resolve escalated customer service concerns.

Required Education and Experience
5 years of emergency, restoration, or reconstruction experience, including 5 years of team management.
Experience with Xactimate and T&M Pro for invoices and billing highly preferred
Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements.
