SUMMARY: We are on the hunt for a top-performing Sales Representative to join our talented team. In this customer-facing role, you will be prospecting to build new clientele, maintaining existing client relationships, and working with our team to close active sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a key member of our sales force, you will drive business growth by promoting and selling our client's products, starting with two company's products/services in your "tool belt". The first is Maldon Cabinetry and their high-quality kitchen cabinet solutions to clients in designated territories. The second is Peaches Electrical and their commercial and residential electrical services.
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers (contractors, builders, homeowners) to present our range of products and services, fostering relationships and generating sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in our CRM (Experience with Salesforce is a plus)
- Communicate with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, including materials, finishes, hardware, and customization options, to effectively communicate their features and benefits
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations to recommend suitable kitchen cabinet solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the kitchen design, cabinetry, or related home improvement industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs while providing outstanding service
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and maintain profitability
- Ability to work outside in the heat and cold, walk job sites in construction areas as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated territories to meet clients and have a reliable vehicle
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- Opportunities to grow into Sales Team Manager, Territory Manager, and/or Director of Business Development.
Hours 8 to 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday

Pay: $80,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
