Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist all customer with any issues related to our Warehouse Management System
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues requests
- Provide technical advice, guidance, training and support to users on hardware and applications
- Assessing and troubleshooting issues through resolution as a point of contact
- Participating in business meetings with customers
- Learning business operation for all customer and WMS used

- High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
- Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical
concepts in simple language
- Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame

- Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
Education and/or Experience
- College degree
- Excellent communication and personal skills in English
Bi-Lingual in English/Japanese (speak, read and write) is a plus
- 0-2 years experience in relevant experience in a help desk/IT support role
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain or freight forwarding
- Experience in using Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning System
(ERP) is a plus
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; business level Japanese a plus
Technical Skills:

- Database Required: MySQL, MS-SQL Server, Oracle
- Software: Eclipse, Git, Visual Studio, SVN
- Programming Language: Java, VB.NET/C#
- Experience with Angular JS framework and/or Bootstrap library a plus
- Experience with data transformation of flat files, CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, ODBC and workflow
automation a plus
