Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Note: Experience or knowledge in child welfare, daycare, tutoring, or physical education is a plus but not required. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing a positive Christian learning experience for preschool children.
