As a Showing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective buyers by showcasing properties and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property, and addressing any questions or concerns potential buyers may have. This position requires a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property in a professional and informative manner.
- Act as a point of contact for potential buyers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property showings to accommodate their schedules.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, including pricing, property details, neighborhood amenities, and comparable sales.
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential buyers during property tours, demonstrating a deep understanding of each property's unique selling points.
- Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor to establish a strong rapport with clients, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients after property showings, providing valuable insights and assisting in the negotiation process.
- Stay current with market trends, property values, and new listings to effectively communicate changes and opportunities to potential buyers.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to schedule appointments, manage client information, and provide follow-up communications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and neighborhood amenities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
- Professional and polished appearance, with the ability to present oneself in a confident and approachable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up with clients.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in the real estate industry, such as CRM systems, scheduling apps, and virtual tour platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as property showings often occur outside of regular business hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for attending property showings.
- Must have SUPRA lockbox access
- Must be in good standing with the State Licensing Board
