We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Assist guests with check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
**Skills:**
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Background in hospitality or hotel management
