Billing Technician 11:30am-8pm
Responsible for correct entry, processing, and follow-up related to the billing of resident prescriptions. Technician is an advocate for the residents we serve and a revenue generating function of the company – both roles are equally important. This in most cases requires an investigation mindset to research, follow-up, and ensure completion of billing tasks. Attention to detail and an inquisitive spirit is essential to success in this position.
Data Entry Technician 12:00pm - 8:30pm
The Data Entry Technician is responsible for entering prescriptions into MMP’s FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, with attention to both accuracy and speed. The Data Entry Technician will also provide exemplary community and resident support via telephone and email.
Cycle Fill Technician - 11:30-8
The Cycle Fill team is responsible for executing MMP’s Cycle Fill (auto-fill) processes and providing first class customer service and support to our communities via telephone and email. Must be a problem solver, team-player, meticulously attentive to detail, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills required to focus on the most productive initiatives to maximize performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Data Entry, Billing, or Medical Record Management in a long term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Certified Pharmacy Technician with PTCB or NHA
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- Exceptional oral, written, and listening skills, ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Motivated, punctual and reliable team member
