**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing patient care, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and collecting data.
**Duties:**
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide treatment interventions
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers on implementing behavior plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and reassessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
