What Part You Will Play:
ReferralExchange is seeking high-energy, team players who are self-motivated, love to exceed goals, and are responsible for their own success! Qualified candidates are dedicated, reliable, with a can-do attitude and hunger for learning new things. Comfort and confidence making cold calls is a must! You will be leading friendly, informative and persuasive conversations to set appointments, leading to consultative sales presentations. You will be speaking with Real Estate Agents all over the country. Being comfortable making cold calls is a must!

- Phone Etiquette - be respectful, show consideration, and communicate clearly
- Be able to work quickly without sacrificing the quality of your work
- 1+ years of experience on the phone is a must
- Previous cold calling experience and high outbound call volume (150+/day) is a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience required (e.g. food, retail, services)
- Prior sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Willingness to obtain CA Real Estate license within 365 days of hire (company paid)
