Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for information technology projects for clients within Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Partner with client’s stakeholders in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotechnology industry to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations in information technology projects. Develop assets and methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral in key areas, including drug portfolio strategy, IP valuation, pharmaceutical operating model design, physician and patient segmentation, drug launch and commercialization strategy, market access strategy with payers and providers. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for the future trade promotion management system. Manage technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gap in current trade promotion management activities. Manage vendor assessment for content management of Life Sciences & Healthcare sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
50% Travel required nationally.- Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Creating key strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector utilizing Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) Analysis, Design thinking and Waterfall methodology;
- Working with teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible and custom business models utilizing Agile methodology, using Customer Development Management style;
- Coordinating day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
- Leading quality assurance (QA) for client’s deliverables, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and evaluating the accuracy and compliance of deliverables and project budget and scope per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Working across all phases of the Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector;
- Working on the complete project lifecycle including project planning, scope, schedule, resources, budget, stakeholder management and cross-functional team management; and
- Developing and planning project approach, Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), and metrics for project solution design, including tracking, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, risk mitigation, and change and release management.
