Our Onsite IT Technicians are the foundation to IT Support at all CAG locations and are a highly valued part of our team. As an Onsite IT Technician, your day consists of ensuring our employees have the technology they need to do their jobs to their fullest while quickly resolving beginner and intermediate technical issues they encounter. You will be the first stop for communicating, troubleshooting, installing and maintaining our technical systems while working closely with Technical Specialists to ensure we are delivering a world-class IT product to our organization. - Available 40 hours per week minimum
- Available to work daily from 6:00am or until 8:00pm
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to chest height

Example job duties include but are not limited to:
- Set and accomplish personal and professional goals
- Study and obtain new certifications
- Create, update, and close tickets using our ticketing system
- Answer and use chat and phone systems
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding
- Move workstations and manage cables
- Setup and maintain AV solutions
- Install and update applications on end user computers
- Perform hardware upgrades
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Ideal candidates will be familiar with:
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Windows, Mac, and Linux
- Reading event logs
- PC imaging and deployment
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Basic WiFi operation and troubleshooting
- MFC setup and troubleshooting
- Low voltage cable installation and planning
- Avigilon security camera operations and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Google Workspace
- Mosyle mobile device management
- SyncroPSA
Compensation:
- $25+ per hour based on experience and certifications
- Paid study time for certifications
- 100% reimbursement for all approved certifications
