Position mission: To increase revenue that comes from corporate events, social reservations, and marketing. The position description can be naturally divided for three aspects
FIRST- Corporate Event sales: Here at Live Axe on average we receive several inquiries a day and host several events a day (from small events of a handful people to large events and buyouts of hundreds of people) from both the corporate and the social bookings. Your goal is to maximize sales while balancing between profits and customer satisfaction.
Second- Local and Tourist reservations: Using Marketing & Collaborations, find and manage new and existing collaborations with different hubs that will increase revenue for the venue such as hotels, event planners, ticket sellers and others. Direct & manage the online exposure and marketing.
Third- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with other departments to align sales development efforts with business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Online Marketing
- Long term planning including KPIs and achievable metrics
- Search engine optimization
- Able to understand and apply social media analytics
- Expertise in Sales and representation of the venue, along with excellent knowledge of all facets of the Venue.
- A know-how in how to resolve customer complaints, how to handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests while protecting the culture and financial success of the venue.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a hotel, restaurant or nightlife Event Sales; Manager or Marketing/Business development manager
- A bachelor’s degree, preferred in hotel or business administration
- Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with online marketing/design/copywriting is a plus but not required.
The salary range is dependent on experience, knowledge, skills and commission. Live Axe is in constant growth and looking for the same quality in the candidate.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
